Intraoral or model scans as STL or PLY, or a complete exocad project, plus the prescription: tooth numbers, restoration type, material and shade. For implant cases, tell us the implant system and scan body.

What do we receive back?

Production-ready STL files and the exocad project, so your team can still adjust anything in-house.

How fast is the turnaround?

24–48 hours for standard crowns and bridges. Full-arch and guide cases are scheduled on agreement.

Do you follow our lab's design rules?

Yes. Send your parameters once — cement gap, minimum thickness, connector sizes, preferred libraries — and we apply them to every case.

How does payment work?

Your first case is free. After that we invoice per unit with prepayment, in USDT, USDC or BTC.

Can we check a scan before sending it?

Yes. Our free STL Check finds holes, broken edges, flipped triangles, loose debris and wrong units in any STL or PLY file. It runs in your browser, so the file is never uploaded: boundlesscaddesign-dev.github.io/check/

Is patient data safe?

We only need anonymized files under a case code, never patient names, and all work is white-label.
